Weekend Sleeping Patterns

If there any changing on your sleeping hours, even just
for an hours, It tend to disturb the cycle in your body. Most of you don’t
realize it yet, and try to decide to ‘’sleep all day’’ during the weekend to
restore sleeping time which you got less during working hours.
Taking on ‘’extra sleeping’’ during the weekend will
make you more tired, the result you will get troubled when waking up on Monday
Morning.

Humans are a social being and they wil get comfy in their
favourite surroundings. Mostly, environtment outside the office is much more
fun and sadly not much of office can create a friendly workplace.
Mood Shifting

What I can see that people hate Monday, because there
is a great emotional changing. When you are on weekend you tend to have a good
mood, and I don’t have to explain it why ( you know the reason). Then you meet
Monday, you can imagine that kind of mood you really gone through.
You Don’t Enjoy Your Routine

Who ever you are, whether you having a job or not, If
you don’t enjoy your weekdays routine. Probably you’ll tend to get depressed
and feel worry which will be started on Sunday night, Which is again lead to unproductive
Monday.
